Searching the Forest

Make a center with a 500-tile forest using the same rules from the lab. (The number of tiles of each color must be a multiple of ten, and there must be at least two different colors in the bag.) Have each student take a sample of twenty tiles. (Each sample should be returned to the class grab bag before the next sample is taken.) Individual samples are recorded on a class data table. When all the samples have been recorded, every student should analyze the data and predict the number of each color in the bag.
