TIMS Bit

DPP item I can be used to practice the multiplication and division facts for 5s and 10s.

  1. 15
  2. 150
  3. 1500
  4. 15,000
  5. 30
  6. 300
  7. 3000
  8. 30,000
  1. After you multiply the nonzero numbers in the factors, the product will have as many zeros as are in the factors. For example, when you multiply 5 × 300, 5 × 3 = 15 and then two more zeros make the product 1500.

I. Patterns with Zeros
