TIMS Task

  1. Bag 1:
    Laundry Soap
    Paper towels
    Lunch meat
    Bread
    Bag 2:
    Apples
    Pineapple
    1. 5 lbs 10 oz.
      I added the pounds, 2 + 1 + 1 = 4 pounds, and the ounces, 12 + 10 + 4 = 26 ounces. Since it takes 16 ounces to = 1 pound I changed 26 ounces to 1 pound 10 ounces. I added that to the 4 pounds for a total of 5 pounds 10 ounces.
    2. 5 lbs. 12 oz.
      I added the pounds, 2 + 3 = 5 pounds, and the ounces, 8 + 4 = 12 ounces, for a total of 5 pounds, 12 ounces.
