Addition Flash Card War

The object of the game is to place a card face up and say the sum. The higher sum wins the pair. The winner is the player with the most cards at the end of the game. This is a game for two players.

Materials

  1. To prepare cards, cut along the dotted lines of the Addition Flash Cards: Groups A
    and B
    .
  2. Divide the Addition Flash Cards face down in two groups: Groups A and B.
  3. Give Group A to one player and Group B to the other player.
  4. Each player simultaneously turns over the top card in his or her deck and says the sum on the card.
  5. The player with the greatest sum wins the round.
  6. The winner collects both cards and puts the cards at the bottom of his or her deck.
  7. If the two cards have equal sums, the players will each turn over another card to see who has the larger sum to win the round. The winner collects all the cards for that round.
  8. The player with the most cards at the end of the game wins.
