Jackie and her brother, Derrick, want to play with their toy cars. They set up a ramp using the steps in front of their apartment building and a piece of sturdy wood.
Jackie suggested using a meterstick to find how far a car traveled. Derrick wondered, “Will a car roll different distances if we put the ramp on different steps?”
