Buildings and Problems

• Assign the Building Challenge Homework Master. Students make a building plan to match a picture of a building.
• Assign DPP items M–P. DPP item N provides practice with evaluating and comparing groups of coins. In item O, students practice addition strategies with two-digit numbers. In DPP item P, students solve addition number sentences involving partitioning and adding standard masses.

Math Facts. Use DPP item M to assess students' fluency with the subtraction facts related to the addition facts in Group B.
