- Assign the Animal Boots Homework Master to give students practice with solving problems using repeated addition.
- Assign Home Practice Parts 5–6. Part 5 provides practice with number patterns. In Part 6, students add dimes to find a total value of coins.
- Assign DPP items O–R. Item Q provides a problem that students can solve using repeated addition. In item R, students triple numbers in a rule machine.
Math Facts. In item O, students use one fact to solve a related fact that adds ten. Item P provides word problems that practice the addition facts in Group C.
