- Assign the Homework section of the Field Trip pages in the Student Guide.
- Assign the Homework section of the Subtraction Strategies pages in the Student Activity Book.
- Assign DPP items C–F. In Task D, students use strategies to find unknown numbers in 2-digit addition problems. This can be used as a Problem of the Week. In Task F, students solve multidigit addition problems.
Math Facts. Bit C can be used to practice the subtraction facts in Group 1. Bit E can be used to practice the subtraction facts in Group 2.
Students take home Subtraction Flash Cards: Groups 1 and 2 to practice with a family member.
