• Assign the Homework section of the Workshop: Subtraction pages in the Student Guide.
• Assign unfinished problems from the Strategies to Subtract pages in the Student Activity Book.
• Ask students to play the Largest to Smallest Game in the Student Activity Book with a family member.
• Assign DPP items 0–R. Bit 0 provides practice with solving problems involving time.

Math Facts. DPP Task P provides practice with the fact families for the subtraction facts in Groups 1– 4. Bit Q and Task R involve solving problems involving the Last Six Facts. Students take home subtraction Flash Cards: Groups 1–4 to practice with a family member.
