- Assign the Choose Which Way Homework Masters to provide practice with paper-and-pencil methods of addition. Send home the Addition Strategies Menu with the assignment. Students can keep the menu at home. Ask students to explain the menu to their families.
- Assign DPP items S–V. In items T and U, students practice moving on the 200 Chart and in item V, students practice moving on the number line.
Math Facts. In DPP item S, students practice the addition facts in Group E and the related subtraction facts.
