TIMS Task

Use this DPP item to practice the Last Six Facts.

  1. 42 beetle legs; 7 × 6 = 42
  2. 24 butterfly wings; 6 × 4 = 24
  3. 32 spider legs; 4 × 8 = 32;
    Possible response: I used doubles, I know 2 × 8 = 16 so 4 × 8 = 16 + 16, or 4 × 8 = 32.
