Weather 1: Eye on the Sky

• Assign the Weekend Weather Homework Master on Fridays as an ongoing homework assignment so that students can note the sky conditions during the weekend. Be sure the collection time is indicated on the blank clock on the page.
• Assign DPP items O-P.

Math Facts. In DPP item O students use the counting-on strategy to solve problems involving the addition facts with pennies. In DPP item P, students analyze the moves of math hoppers on a number line.
