- Assign the Sharing Brownies Homework section in the Student Activity Book after Part 1 of the lesson.
- Students can play Fraction Hex at home with family members.
- Assign DPP items S–V. In Bit S and Task V, students are asked to identify fractional parts of area models. Task V also involves time and how the minutes relate to one whole hour.
Math Facts. In Task T, students are asked to solve word problems involving the multiplication facts for the 3s. In Bit U, students are asked to identify fact families for the multiplication facts for the 2s and 3s.
