• Assign Home Practice Parts 3 and 4 to provide practice finding the value of a collection of coins.
• Assign the Value of Coins Homework Masters for more practice finding the value of a collection of coins.
• Assign DPP items G–J. Item H provides practice with subtraction. In Item I, students group by tens to find the value of collections of dimes and pennies. In Item J, students play Guess My Number to practice finding numbers on the 100 Chart and comparing them.

Math Facts. DPP item G provides practice with the addition facts and the related subtraction facts in Group D with sums to ten.
