- Assign the Drawing Rectangles pages in the Student Activity Book after Part 2 of the Lesson.
- Assign the Solving Multiplication Problems pages in the Student Activity Book as homework after Part 3.
- Assign DPP items A–D. DPP item D asks students to find the numbers 1–50 using a limited number of keys on a calculator. It can serve as a Problem of the Week.
- Assign Home Practice Parts 1–2. Part 2 practices multiplication with multiples of 10 and 100.
Math Facts. Use DPP items A and C to practice the division facts for the last six facts. Use Task B to practice using break-apart grids to solve the last six facts.
Home Practice Part 1 reminds students to take home the Triangle Flash Cards to practice the division facts related to the last six facts.
