Materials Preparation

Prepare What Number Am I Cards. Make a copy of the What Number Am I Cards Masters in the Teacher Guide. Cut out the strips along the dotted lines. Then fold each strip so that the clues and answers appear on the inside of the folded piece of paper with the answer on the left side and the question on the right. Note that the clues and answers do not match on any of the strips. This is intentional and necessary for the activity.

Prepare Sets of Beans. Count out 75 beans (or other markers) for each group of five students to use as game markers.
