- Assign the Mr. Montes’ Problems Homework Masters to give students additional practice solving problems two ways. You may need to explain that $1.00 is the same as 100 cents for Questions 4–6.
- Assign DPP items AA–DD. In DPP item AA, students find numbers in intervals using the 200 Chart and the number line. In item BB, students skip count by twos, fives, and tens within the interval 90 to 120.
Math Facts. DPP items CC–DD provide practice with the addition facts in Group D. Students represent addition and subtraction problems on number lines in Item CC. DPP item DD offers practice with addition facts in the context of deciding if number sentences are true or false.
