TIMS Task

This DPP item provides a review of the break-apart strategy to solve the last six multiplication facts. These strategies will help develop fluency with the related division facts.

Responses will vary. One possible response is given for each. Ask students to compare their rectangles with a partner and decide which are most efficient for them.
