- Assign the What Would I Buy? Homework Master.
- Assign DPP items W–Z.
- Assign Home Practice Part 3 to provide practice partitioning numbers and representing and solving addition problems with number sentences.
Math Facts. In DPP items W and X, students are asked to compose and decompose numbers. Developing this number sense builds students' capacity to develop strategies to solve math facts. Items Y and Z provide practice solving addition word problems that involve the math facts.
