- Ask students to play Start, Hop, Stop! at home with a family member after Part 2. Make additional copies of the game pages as needed to send home.
- Assign the Homework section of the Decimal Hoppers pages in the Student Guide after Part 3.
- Assign DPP items W–Z. Challenge X provides practice with calculating time when roasting a turkey. Use Bit Y to review writing decimals. Task Z provides a review of the different methods used to multiply.
Math Facts. Bit W is a quiz on the last six facts.
