- Assign Home Practice Parts 1–2. In Part 2, students practice solving multistep multiplication problems.
- Assign DPP items A–B. In Bit A, students practice multidigit addition and subtraction strategies.
- Challenge B, a Problem of the Week, asks students to solve a multistep problem involving wheels on bicycles and tricycles.
Math Facts. Home Practice Part 1 reminds students to practice their multiplication and division facts for the 5s and 10s with the Triangle Flash Cards.
