Fractions in Simplest Form

• Assign the Fractions in Simplest Form Homework section in the Student Guide. Students use tools and strategies to practice finding the simplest form of fractions.
• Assign DPP items A–B. In Challenge B, students use number sense and clues to find all of the possible combinations of sweatshirts a child can wear in a week. This item can be used as a Problem of the Week.

Math Facts. In Bit A, students use Triangle Flash Cards to quiz each other on the multiplication and division facts for the square numbers. Students then update their Facts I Know charts.
