Workshop: Decimal Concepts

• Assign the Homework section in the Student Guide to provide more practice with comparing, ordering, adding, and subtracting decimals.
• Assign DPP items CC–FF. In Bit CC, students practice ordering fractions and decimals. In Task DD, students estimate sums involving decimals using benchmarks.
• Assign DPP Challenge FF as a Problem of the Week. Students solve a multistep problem involving stacks of coins.

Math Facts. In Bit EE, students solve word problems and practice the multiplication and division facts.
