All about Ten

• Students play the game Make Ten at home and record their playing time on the Make Ten at Home Homework Master. They can take home counters, a copy of a ten frame, and number cards. If you think students may have difficulty remembering the rules of the game, send home a copy of the Make Ten game.
• Assign the How Many More to Ten Homework Master.
• Assign DPP items K–N. In item K, students practice skip counting by 2s, 5s, and 10s and using number patterns.

Math Facts. Students practice counting on and counting back in DPP item L. In DPP items M and N, students practice finding the partitions of 10.
