TIMS Bit

We recommend 2 minutes for this quiz. Allow students to change pencils after the time is up and complete the remaining problems in a different color.

After students take the quiz, have them update their Division Facts I Know charts. Since students learned the division facts through work with fact families, it is likely that the student who answers 12 ÷ 2 correctly also knows the answer to 12 ÷ 6. To make sure, however, ask students to write a related division fact for each of the facts on the quiz (except 9 ÷ 3 and 4 ÷ 2). A student who answers a given fact correctly and who also writes the correct related fact can circle both facts on the chart.
